MinD-Skill is pleased to announce the launch of the MinD-Skill Performance Enhancement Workshop!
Facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist, workshop attendees learn the principles of positive psychology and directed self-awareness. The aim of this workshop is improved life skills that are attained through a depth of insight and guided exercises designed to embody change.
Run over six 2-hour evening sessions, the MinD-Skill Performance Enhancement Workshop provides solutions for the search for effective personal development and fulfilment.
